- What is the minimum i can order? 13 pieces per design
- What type of art file do i need to send for my design? All files must be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .EPS, .AI, .PSD & .TIFF. If your submitting illustrator files, send with no clipping masks and all text converted to outlines.
- What type of art file to print my banner? Files that print best are .eps or .ai, converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable.We print in six colors C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may occur if file is submitted in R, G, B. If there is a specific PMS color needed, please specify when placing a digital order.When placing a digital order, please provide a proof if there is anything that you feel is critical for correct output. If you do not provide a proof we can supply you a faxed or printed copy. We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown by your proof. Customer supplied files are printed as they are received, therefore we cannot guarantee color, clarity, or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up. If a customer is concerned about their files final output we will be happy to do a smaller test print, the first being at no charge. Any other test print will require a nominal fee prior to finalization.

- I need a design, can you do that? We would love to, just let us know what you have in mind. Art charge may apply.
- What and how much are screen charges? Each color in your design requires a separate screen. {3 colors=3 screens}. $15 per screen. when you reorder a design ,the screen charge is only $10. Orders over 300 pieces per design FREE SCREENS.
- What is your average turn around time? normally 8-10 business days. { does not include shipping transit}
- I need it fast, can we do a rush order? Yes. We can do rush orders depending on scheduling. A “Rush charge” may apply.
- How long does shipping take?

- Does the Price include shipping? No, But shipping is usually less than your local sales tax. We will give a shipping estimate at the time of your job quote. Every order is shipped UPS, unless other arrangements have been made.
- How big can you print my design? Standard Print size is 15″ X 16″. Over sized print is 17″ X 24″
- What Brand of shirt do you guys use?
Standard Tees: Hanes, Gildan, Anvil / Jerzee
Fashion Slimfit Tees: Tultex / Nextlevel/ Bay Island / American Apparel / Anvil
- Can I mix and match shirt colors on my order? Yeap. You can do as many different color tees with your order as long as its the same design. If you decide to change the color of the ink in that order for a different color tee there will be an Ink Change Fee.
- Can I mix and match shirt sizes? Yes, you dont have to have any specific quantity in any size. larger sizes like XXL and up do cost more, so keep that in mind.
- What are my choices in ink colors? We can mix any color you need for your design. Because of the variation in computer monitors, we can not guarantee color matching from digital files, but we will try our best { which is pretty good!}. If you need exact color matching, please request our PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching. PMS color matching charge of $25 per color matched.
- What are my choices of shirt colors? Just email us contact@faveurink.com and we will send you back all available options. Remember that colors on web browsers vary and aren’t totally accurate. Although, they should be close enough to help you determine what color shirts you want.
- Do I need to pay for my shirts now? For an order to be considered placed we require a 50% deposit. The Balance is due when your products are shipped.
- What type of payments do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Paypal and check.
- Can you print over zippers, seams, collars and stuff? Yes! Please Note: Regardless of print method, there will always be some inconsistency of ink deposit when printing on/over irregular surface.** This is a characteristic of SEAM PRINTING . Faveur will not be responsible for these inconsistencies when printing across seams and on zippered garments.Because of this returns or refunds can not be issued for this service.**
- What do i do if there is a problem with my order? We strive very hard to always deliver a top quality product! But, sometimes mistakes do happen. Please call us immediately 803.386.9862. We will do everything we can to take care of the situation in a timely manner. We strive for all our customers to be 100% satisfied.
