Standard Screen Printing

This style of screen printing is the most common. This is done with plastisol inks. One to eight colors. This is our standard printing style.

Vintage Printing

Vintage/Soft Hand style printing is a technique that offers a retro look and feel to your garment. The result is a very soft and worn look. This is done with ink thinner additives, giving the design a vintage worn look. Vintage/Soft Hand Printing works great with light colored apparel and prints especially great on fashion slimfit tees.

Oversized Printing

Oversized printing is all about BIG! We can print artwork up to 17" X 24" *depends on the size of the garment

Over the Seam Printing

Wanting to get your design printer over the collar, across the shoulder or across the front of a zip-up hoodie? We do that too! ** Please Note: Regardless of print method, there will always be some inconsistency of ink deposit when printing on/over irregular surface. **This is a characteristic of SEAM PRINTING .

Four Color Process

Do you have a lot of colors in your design? Four color process printing can be the solution. Four color process printing is a system where a color image is separated into 4 different color values. (CYMK ) Using these four colors we are able to print your garment in Full color. We offer this process on light and dark garments.

Water Based/ Discharge Printing

Screen printing with waterbased and discahrge inks has become very popular because of the soft feel that these inks give to your design. It is a water based product that is formulated to deactivate the dyes used on natural fabrics. You can leave out the pigment color and burnout the garment’s dye to reveal the natural color of the fabric(Discharge Printing). Resulting color varies according to the original dye of the fabric. { only available in select 100% cotton garment}.Color matching with waterbased systems is not as exact as with plastisol inks. There may be a reasonable variation in color due to a number of factors including garment dye dischargability, base color of the natural fiber, tightness of the fabric weave and amount of ink deposited.
